With the help of HIP we have increased our new patient leads tremendously!! Hip Creative is hands down the best marketing firm in the orthodontic industry. There are some other good ones, but Hip is more than a marketing firm. They are a real growth partner and really as much a business consultant as they are a marketing firm. The key to growing an ortho practice is not just good SEO and creating more new leads....the key is structuring your business and your team and training your team to handle and field those new leads and follow up with them properly so they aren't just "bad leads" and so they turn into case starts rather than into "bad leads." Hip taught our practice how to sturucture our team, our financing, how to answer the phones...they structured for us a full on overhaul of our business, and they helped us to actually become a real business. The black and yellow books that Luke put out through Hip are simple, which is great:), and incredible at helping doctors to change their mindset and to be open minded enough to make the changes internally within their practices that are required to get the results that Hip can get if you obey and follow their system. The key to gowth is implementation and that starts with mindset change. HIP will coach you from mindset change through implentation. Hip is not a magic genie that you pay and get practice growth. They are real growth partner that can advise you form mindset to implementation to real growth to scaling if you want. We doubled our already solid practice overnight literally by just relinquishing control and doing what Hip said to do. It's been a fun 2 years with Hip, and I feel like we are just getting started.

They care about improving your overall patient experience, which will lead to an improvement of your whole marketing/business plan. Highly recommend.

These guys are ON IT!!! Everyone at HIP is super helpful and impossibly responsive. They must live with their phones or laptops taped to their bodies because they always get back quickly.
